ActiveCampaign is a powerful and user-friendly customer experience automation (CXA) platform designed to help businesses of all sizes streamline their marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.

With Cleanly seamlessly integrated into ActiveCampaign, streamlining workflows becomes effortless. Enjoy real-time updates upon booking confirmation, ensuring you’re always in the loop.

To get the ActiveCampaign API Key you have to visit the active campaign website. You can do this by following a few easy steps :

1. Logging In to ActiveCampaign:

Go to ActiveCampaign’s official website. In the upper right corner of the homepage, click the “Login” button.


2. Enter Your Account Details:

You will be prompted to enter your Account URL. Next, enter your Username (Email Address) and Password.

3. Navigate to the Settings Page:

Once logged in, locate the “Settings” option on the lower left corner of the dashboard (it looks like a gear icon). Click on “Settings” to open the settings menu.


4. Go to the Developer Tab:

In the settings menu, find and click on the “Developer” tab. This tab contains all developer-related settings, including API credentials.


5. Copy Your API Key:

Click on the “API Key” field to select it, then copy the key to your clipboard and store it securely for future use.


After generating the API Key, you need to create a List ID

6. Navigate to the Lists Section:

In the left sidebar of the dashboard, click on the “Contacts” tab. From the drop-down menu, select “Lists.”


7. Create Or Add a List:

To create or add a new list, navigate to the “Lists” section in your ActiveCampaign account. Click the “Add a List” button,


8. Configuring Your List:

To configure your list, enter the desired List Name, provide a relevant List URL, and add a brief List Description. Once all the details are filled in, click the Save button to apply your changes.


After completing all the steps, open your wp-admin panel and navigate to Settings in Cleanly Booking. Then, Click on the Integration.


You’ll see the Api Key, Account Name,  List ID, and Mapping Custom Fields ( where you can set your desired custom field names ) in the ActiveCampaign Api Key Settings section. In the Api Key Settings, you have to paste your own ActiveCampaign Api Key, Account Name & List ID.

Don’t forget to click on the Save All Changes Button.
