Brevo ( SendInBlue )

Brevo’s email marketing and CRM suite combines innovative technology with user-friendly features to empower businesses in effectively managing their customer relationships and email marketing campaigns.

To obtain a Brevo API Key, you need to visit Brevo’s website. You can do this by following a few easy steps:

1. Create a Brevo Account:

Visit Brevo’s website and sign up for an account if you haven’t already.


2. Access SMTP & API Settings:

Go to the “SMTP & API” section under your Brevo account settings.


3. Access API Keys:

Navigate to the SMTP & API settings in your Brevo account to generate and manage your API keys for authenticating API requests.


4. Name your API Key:

Give a name of your API Key > Click on the Generate button


5. Copy Your API Key:

After the API key is generated, a pop-up will appear. Click “OK” to copy the key for your integration.


After generating the API Key, you need to create a List ID

6. Create a New List:

In the top menu, click on the “Contacts” section. Then click on the “Add a New List” or “Create a List” button.


7. Provide a List Name:

Set a List Name > Choose Folder > Click Create List Button


8. Get Your All Lists:

Once the list is created, go back to the “Contacts” section. Click on the newly created list, and the List ID will be visible in the list settings.


After completing all the steps, open your wp-admin panel and navigate to Settings in Cleanly Booking. Then, Click on the Integration.


You’ll see the Api KeyList ID, and Mapping Custom Fields ( where you can set your desired custom field names ) in the Brevo Api Key Settings section. In the Api Key Settings, paste your Brevo Api Key & List ID.

Don’t forget to click on the Save All Changes Button.
