WhatsApp is a widely used messaging application that allows users to send text messages, make voice and video calls, share media files, and engage in group chats. Receiving an alert on WhatsApp immediately after scheduling a cleaning booking. It’s a convenient and effective way to manage cleaning bookings. Once the booking is confirmed, administrators get instant updates to their WhatsApp.

To get a WhatsApp Access Token you have to visit the WhatsApp website

You can do this by following a few easy steps :

1. Go to URL > Click Create App

2. Select Other > Click on the Next button

3. Then Select Business > Click on the Next Button

4. Give the name of your Application > Select your Business portfolio > Click Create app

5. From these images Select WhatsApp > Click Set up

6. Click Configure App

7. From API Setup You can get your access token > Copy your access token

8. Complete these steps carefully

9. After completing all the steps, you must open your wp-admin panel and navigate to Settings in Cleanly Booking. Then, Click on the Integration.

Here, you’ll see the Access Token, Phone Number, Recipient Phone number ( where you want to send notification messages), and Body templates in the WhatsApp API Settings section. Don’t forget to click on the Save All Changes Button.
