WhatsApp is a widely used messaging application that allows users to send text messages, make voice and video calls, share media files, and engage in group chats.

Receiving an alert on WhatsApp immediately after scheduling a cleaning booking. It’s a convenient and effective way to manage cleaning bookings. Once the booking is confirmed, administrators get instant updates to their WhatsApp.

Integration Configuration: To get a WhatsApp Access Token you have to visit the WhatsApp website

1. Create App:

Click “Get Started” and create a new app by clicking on the “Create App” button.


2. From Add use case:

Select “Other” > Click on the “Next” button


3. Choose the App Type:

Select the app type that fits your use case (e.g. “Business” or “Custom Integration”). Then click on the next button.


4. Provide Basic Information:

Fill in the necessary details like the app name, and contact email, and select the purpose of the app. Click on the “Create app” button.


5. Choose WhatsApp:

From these application list Select “WhatsApp” > Click “Set up


6. Click Configure App:

You need to configure your app


7. API Setup

From API Setup You can get your access token > Copy your “access token


8. Complete all these steps carefully:


9. After completing all the steps, you must open your wp-admin panel and navigate to Settings in Cleanly Booking. Then, Click on the Integration.

Here, you’ll see the Access Token, Phone Number, Recipient Phone number ( where you want to send notification messages), and Body templates in the WhatsApp API Settings section.

Don’t forget to click on the Save All Changes Button.
