Zapier

Zapier is a web-based automation tool that connects various apps and services, allowing users to automate repetitive tasks without any coding knowledge. It operates on a simple principle: “When this happens in one app, do that in another”.

Cleanly integrates seamlessly with Zapier for streamlined operations. Get instant updates on bookings, track customer details, and payment statuses effortlessly.

To get Zapier webhooks you have to visit zapier website.

You can do this by following a few easy steps :

1. Go to URL > Click Sing Up


2 . You can sign up from here


3. Click > Create > Zaps


4. Click > Trigger > Choose Webhooks by Zapier


5. Click on the App > Choose an Event > Continue


6. Click on the Trigger > Set Pick Off a Child Key > Continue


7. From the Test Tab > Copy Your Webhook URL > Test Trigger


8. Now, Click > Action > Search and Select Your Desired App


9. Click on App & Event Tab > Selected App will be Shown here > Select Event > Click Continue


10. In the Account Tab, Connect your app ( We have connected Google Sheets for testing purposes )


11. In the Action Tab, Choose Drive > Spreadsheet > Worksheet > Coutinue


After completing all the steps, you need to open your wp-admin panel and navigate to Settings in Cleanly Booking. Then, Click on the Integration.


Here, you’ll see the Webhook URL and Setup Fields ( where you can set your desired field names ) in the Zapier Webhook Settings section. In the webhook URL, you have to paste your Zapier webhook URL.

Don’t forget to click on the Save All Changes Button.
