Cleanly mobile app module for booking Cleaning Services on your mobile devices.

Built Cleanly Booking App

First, you need to contact our support and provide some data to build the Cleanly Booking App. Cleanly Booking app is a simple and user-friendly app by which your customer will be able to book your cleaning service using their mobile devices.

In our support you have to provide:

  • Base URL
  • API Key
  • App name
  • App logo
  • Company logo

Where can you get Base URL and API Key?

Cleanly Booking > Settings > Apps Settings > API Information

To get the Base URL and API Key, open your wp-admin panel and select Settings from Cleanly Booking. Then select Apps settings. You’ll find the Base URL and API Key in the API Information section. You may upload your business logo which will appear in your app.

Building Process

After providing this information, it may take 7-15 days to get your own Cleaning service booking app. Then you can distribute the app among your customers.

For the iOS version, you need to have an Apple Developer account to build and distribute your cleaning booking app. Please create an Apple Developer account if you don’t have any. Then you’ve to provide us your Apple Developer account access. We’ll publish the Cleanly Dashboard and Cleanly Booking app on your App Store. If you find these troublesome, please feel free to inquire about any information on our support.

For the Android version, it’s very simple to distribute your booking app among your customers. After providing the information mentioned earlier, we’ll provide you with an APK/ABB file. You can release it on Google Play Store or your site.

Overview

Log in and Sign up

After installing users must sign in or sign up (if users haven’t an account yet) to book a cleaning service.

Booking

After signing in users can be able to book a cleaning service. This process is the same as booking it using browsers. All the fields will load according to the settings of the Cleanly plugin.

Step 1: Type

Go to Cleanly Booking > Settings > Form Data > Step 1: Types from your WordPress admin panel. Set your title and sub-title for your types. It’ll also appear on the booking app. Now add types at the bottom of the page which also be added on the mobile app. You can also set price and discount details from here.

Type 2: Like

Go to Cleanly Booking > Settings > Form Data > Step 2: Like from your WordPress admin panel. Set your title and sub-title for your cleaning period. It’ll also appear on the booking app. Now add periods at the bottom of the page which also be added on the mobile app. You can also set price and discount details from here.

If you want to allow your customer to select specific day for any period you have to expand the period and enable Display Days.

Step 3: About

Go to Cleanly Booking > Settings > Form Data > Step 3: About from your WordPress admin panel. Set your title and sub-title for your About section. It’ll also appear on the booking app. Now add home details at the bottom of the page which also be added on the mobile app. You can also set price and discount details from here.

You can set either a counter or a list for a home detail. For the counter, you have to expand a home detail and disable Display Child Items. You can set the max value for the counter.

For the list, you have to expand a home detail and enable Display Child Items. Then you need to add child items for that item.

Step 4: Extra

Go to Cleanly Booking > Settings > Form Data > Step 4: Extra from your WordPress admin panel. Set your title and sub-title for your Extra items. It’ll also appear on the booking app. Now add extra items at the bottom of the page which also be added on the mobile app. You can also set price and discount details from here.

You can set whether customers can select an extra item for multiple quantities. If you want to set an extra item multi-selectable, you have to expand that item and enable Select Multiple QTY.

As for a single item, you have to expand that item and disable Select Multiple QTY.

Step 4: Time

Go to Cleanly Booking > Settings > Form Data > Step 5: Time from your WordPress admin panel. Set your title and sub-title for your Time. It’ll also appear on the booking app. Now add available time which also be added on the mobile app.

From the Cleanly plugin, you can customize selectable dates. You can limit the range of bookable days. In addition to that, you can also set weekends and other off days.

Step 6: Custom

Go to Cleanly Booking > Settings > Form Data > Step 6: Custom from your WordPress admin panel. Add your custom fields according to your needs. You can create text, textarea, number, or date input fields in this section.

Additional

Go to Cleanly Booking > Settings > Additional Form Data from your WordPress admin panel. In additional section, you can add your customized fields. You can add multiple fields and can choose whether users can select multiple items or not.

First, make sure the additional section is enabled from the top of the page. Then Add your additional fields and in each additional field add child items.

To add child items, you have to expand a field first. Then you’ll find an add button at the bottom of that field to add the child items.

Multiple Selectable Field

If you want to have multiple selectable fields, after expanding that field enable Multiple Choose.

Non-multi Selectable Field

If you want your customer to select only one item from a field just disable Multiple Choose.

Quantity of Child Items

Even if you wish to limit the item quantity from many to single additional fields allow you to do so. Expand the child item and enable Select Multiple QTY.

Payment

After selecting cleaning details, users have to select a payment method. The wooCommerce payment method is unavailable on the mobile app.

When using PayPal, the payment process will start as soon as the booking is confirmed.

Cart

There’s a cart icon in the upper-right corner. Tapping the cart symbol allows users to get the summary of their order. The user has the option to double-check the time, date, cleaning type, period, home information, extras, and additional items they have selected. They can look over the subtotal, total, discount, VAT/tax, service charge, total, deposit amount, and payable amount in the cart as well. That refers to a general summary of the existing configuration.

Personal and Contact Info

On the next page, users have to provide their personal and contact details. These fields will appear according to the Cleanly plugin settings. After providing user details if the user taps on the Continue button, the cleaning service is submitted. A confirmation message will appear to ensure whether the order was submitted successfully or not. If the user had selected Paypal as the payment method and if the order was placed successfully, it will redirect to the Paypal payment page.

Drawer

At the top-left corner, there is a menu icon. By tapping the menu, a drawer will appear.

Users can view their orders by tapping My Bookings. All the orders will appear in a list. Additionally, by pressing it, users may view precise details of each given order.

From the settings, users may select whether or not they want the cart button. By pressing the name in the upper corner of the drawer, they may view user details. Furthermore, users have the option to log out at the bottom of the drawer.
