Install Cleanly Dashboard App

Android Version

If you want to use the Cleanly Dashboard App, it’s very simple! All you need to do is install the APK file on your Android device.

iOS Version

If you’re an iOS user, you need to have an Apple Developer account to use it. As the Cleanly Booking app comes free with the Cleanly Dashboard app you need an Apple developer account to publish it on App Store. If you’re not familiar with these things, don’t worry. Our Developers team will help you. Please contact our support.

How to connect with Cleanly Plugin?

Cleanly Booking > Settings > Apps Settings > API Information

To get the Base URL and API Key, open your wp-admin panel and select Settings from Cleanly Booking. Then select Apps settings. You’ll find the Base URL and API Key in the API Information section. You may upload your business logo which will appear in your app.

After connecting using the Base URL and API key, you can access Cleanly Dashboard on your mobile device. You just need to log in for the first time. You can directly access the app without providing Base URL and API Key each time you open the app until you log out or uninstall the app.

Dashboard

Dashboard is the home page of the Cleanly Dashboard app where you can view booking overview, booking history, recent orders, order summary, total summary, and payment getaways. All the data are presented in the same way as they appear on the Dashboard section of the Cleanly plugin.

Reports

At the top-right corner of the app, you’ll find a menu button. By tapping the menu button a drawer will pop up. You can navigate sales reports, booking summaries, due reports, deposit reports, income reports, tax reports, refund reports, and order history. In addition to that, there is a quick navigator at the bottom of the application. By using this navigator, you can switch between the dashboard, sale reports, booking summary, and order history easily.
