Form Data

Goto Salonly > Settings > Form Data. Firstly set the title and sub-title for your booking form. If you want to add VAT/tax disable the Disable Vat & Tax toggle button. Give a title for your VAT/tax, select a type, and set an amount.

Service Types

Goto Salonly > Settings > Form Data > Service Types. First, set the title and sub-title for your Service type section. Now you have to add services at the bottom of the page. If you want your clients to be required to choose a service type for their booking to be successful, turn on the Required section.

Service Items

Goto Salonly > Settings > Form Data > Service Items. First, set the title and sub-title for your Service items section. Now you have to add items at the bottom of the page. If you want your clients to be required to choose a service item for their booking to be successful, turn on the Required section.

Packages

Goto Salonly > Settings > Form Data > Packages. First, set the title and sub-title for your package section. If you want your clients to be required to choose a service item for their booking to be successful, turn on the Required section.

Now go to Salonly > Packages. Add your packages by clicking New Package at the top. You can also your existing packages by clicking on them.

In a package, There are three parts. The first is basic. Turn the Default Package toggle on if you want the package to be displayed in every service type. Next, you can add or delete package images. Then add title, sub-title, duration, duration type, and label text (package button label).

The second part is price. Set the regular price and sale price (optional) for that package. If you want you can add a discount label.

In the final part, you have to add items to your package. After adding items do not forget to update/save the changes by clicking the Update button from the right. Otherwise, no changes will be saved.

Setup Time

Goto Salonly > Settings > Form Data > Setup Time. First, you have to set the title and subtitle. Then add schedule time. If you want to disable this, turn on the Disable Section.

Team Member

Goto Salonly > Settings > Form Data > Team Member. If you want to set today’s date initially will be selected, turn on Set Today Date. Select how many days from today you want to make selectable. You can set weekends and other off days. Then add team members.

Now expand members by clicking on them. If you want to disable this member you can turn on Disable Display. You must give every member a unique ID. Then give full name and include other details of that member.

You can add a rating of members and upload members’ display pictures. On the time format add available service time for that member. You can also add conditional logic. This allows you to display that member only for selected Service types.

Custom: Data

If you want any custom data go to Salonly > Settings > Form Data > Custom: Data and turn the Enable Section on. Then add your custom fields. You can add text, text area, number, or datetime field.
