In Booking Settings you will find the option for setting up the single form. Use the provided short code to display the single form.

Then select a page to display the single form in the website.

Form position in page allows you to display the single form in a particular position of a selected page.

Here is a Save All Changes button. After making any changes click on this button to update all the changes.

Let me show you the single form in the front section.

Below the Single form settings you will see My Account. Set My Account section to show it in a page in the front section. Go for Display form in page and select a page to show My Account section. Form position in page allows you to set the My Account portion. You can also set a layout for it.
